Passion Movement International (PMI) is a Non- Governmental Organization registered under the Government of India (Reg. No. 1502). PMI has been working for the upliftment of children’s who are living in slums within Delhi NCR for the past ten years. The main focus is to fully implement Child Health and Educational Program and provide an all-round development to the children in slums. To help the children create a dream and help them to achieve their dreams and inculcate good moral values, train them to become a good citizen, an important asset for the nation.
It has always been PMI’s ambition to create an atmosphere where anyone can connect and feel welcome – a home away from home. Being situated so close to Delhi University has given us the unique opportunity to invest in the life of students, and provide ways for them to invest in the life of others. Life in Delhi at times could be hectic, stressful, but at the same time offers many opportunities to work and serve for others. PMI is there to encourage, help, and guide students grow and develop their skills. So many students who once were part of the PMI team are now changing the face of India and even work across the world. For instance, we have volunteers who have been selected into Indian Administrative Services. No matter what field of study, age, or nationality, PMI is committed to serve all, and we do so in a variety of ways.
